Wealdstone took an early lead when Connor McAvoy guided in a header in the 5th minute from an Anthony Georgiou delivery, but Altrincham restored parity just before half-time through James Gale’s strike in the 45+2, and neither side could find a winner in the second half. The match ended 1–1 in blustery conditions.
